As an existing Sheilas' Wheels Car Insurance customer you could get a one-off £25 eGift from the choice of either Amazon.co.uk Gift Card, Costa or Sainsbury's when you buy our combined Home Insurance with us direct before 30 November 2021.
Once your home insurance has been live for 21 days, we'll arrange for an email to be sent to you to choose your eGift (please allow up to 60 days for this to arrive).
Terms and conditions for £25 eGift offerOff
1.1. The following words and expressions shall have the following meanings unless the context otherwise requires:
“Closing Date” means 23.59 on 30 November 2021;
“Eligible Customer(s)” means an individual who lives in England, Scotland or Wales and:
(a). has a live Sheilas' Wheels car insurance policy with the Promotor at the date of purchase of a Home Insurance Policy; and
(b). makes a Qualifying Purchase;
“Home Insurance Policy” means a new Sheilas' Wheels combined (buildings and contents) home insurance policy purchased directly from the Promotor;
“Opening Date means 00.01 on 12 November 2021;
“Qualifying Purchase” is a purchase of a Home Insurance Policy by an Eligible Customer that is:
(a). purchased only directly via the Promotor’s Sheilas' Wheels website or telephone (excluding purchases originating from price comparison websites, cashback websites and other affiliate websites); and
(b). purchased between the Opening Date and Closing Date (inclusive); and
(c). remains live for a duration of at least 21 days following the start date of the Home Insurance Policy;
2.1 Eligible Customers who make a Qualifying Purchase are eligible to receive an online voucher worth £25 (“eGift”) and can be chosen from either:
(a). Amazon.co.uk Gift Card; or
(b). Costa; or
2.2. The eGift is an online voucher only. Internet access will be required to choose and use the eGift.
2.3. The eGift is as described, non-negotiable, and non-transferable. The eGift cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative option.
2.4. The eGift is available on a one-off basis to Eligible Customers who make a Qualifying Purchase and a further eGift under this offer shall not be given by the Promotor upon renewal of the Home Insurance Policy.
- Eligibility and Participation
3.1. By making a Qualifying Purchase and choosing an eGift, you accept these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
3.2. One eGift will be offered to each Eligible Customer, per Qualifying Purchase.
3.3. If for any reason the Eligible Customer’s Home Insurance Policy with the Promoter is cancelled or terminated at any point within 21 days of the Home Insurance Policy start date, a Qualifying Purchase will no longer be deemed to have been made and the Eligible Customer shall no longer be entitled to receive the eGift.
3.4. There may be instances where the Promoter is unable to offer individuals a quote. The Promoter reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, not to offer a quote where it sees fit. If this is the case, individuals will not be entitled to receive an eGift.
3.5. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify any Eligible Customer from receiving any eGift if it considers such Eligible Customer to have:
(a). not complied with these terms and conditions; or
(b). has obtained their policy in a fraudulent manner including but not limited to the supply of any false or incorrect information whatsoever (for which the Promoter reserves all rights to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, obtaining further verification as to the identity, age, or other relevant details of an Eligible Customer or reporting of any such fraudulent activity to the appropriate government authorities).
- Receiving Your eGift
4.1.The Promoter will instruct GiftCloud to send an email on its behalf (from [email protected]) to Eligible Customers within 60 days after the purchase becomes a Qualifying Purchase with instructions on how to choose the eGift.
4.2. The email will only be sent to the email address provided to the Promoter by the Eligible Customer at the point of the Home Insurance Policy purchase.
4.3. The Eligible Customer has 90 days from the date of such e-mail (outlined in 4.1 above) to choose the eGift, after which time the eGift will no longer be available to choose and it cannot be re-requested.

- Data Protection and Publicity
5.1. By providing personal data you consent to the Promoter and any of its agents collecting, retaining, using and distributing your personal data (as may be used by the Promoter from time to time for the fulfilment of such campaigns) in order to:
(a). process such data for fulfilment of the Promoter’s obligations in accordance with these terms;
(b).contact you about your eGift; and/or
(c). deliver the eGift.
5.2. The Promotor will share your personal data with GiftCloud in the manner and for the purposes outlined in 5.1 above.
5.3. Any personal data relating to you will be processed strictly in compliance with current UK data protection legislation. By purchasing a policy, you agree that the Promoter and/or its agents may contact you in relation to the offer and permit the Promoter to process your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Notice: https://www.sheilaswheels.com/privacy.
- Liability and Indemnities
6.1. The Promoter shall in no circumstances be liable to offer an eGift to any individual that is not an Eligible Customer making a Qualifying Purchase.
6.2. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this offer or accepting or using the eGift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum prescribed by law.
6.3. The Promoter is not responsible for the acts or default of third party suppliers but will endeavour to resolve any issues that may arise.
6.4. The Promoter shall not be liable or responsible for any expenses incurred by the Eligible Customers over and above the eGift offered.
7.1. This offer and these terms and conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to settle any dispute or claim that arises as a result of or in connection with these terms and conditions.
8.1. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clause shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

9.2. Any home insurance policy purchased will be underwritten by esure Insurance Limited who are authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority (number 203350).
