Terms and Conditions

Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before applying for the Sheilas’ Wheels Home Essentials Insurance £40 eGift Card introductory offer.

1. Eligibility and Participation

1. Promotion Period

This introductory offer is available to Eligible Customers for Qualifying Purchases between 00:01 on 5th March 2026 and 23:59 on 28th April 2026.

2. Qualifying Purchase

A “Qualifying Purchase” is the purchase of a new Sheilas’ Wheels Home Essentials Insurance Policy made online directly via SheilasWheels.com. This excludes the following:

- purchased outside the Promotion Period

- purchased through price comparison websites

- purchased by an existing Sheilas’ Wheels Home customer

- cancelled or terminated within 14 days of the purchase date (“Cooling Off Period”)

- a new Sheilas’ Wheels Home Essentials Insurance Policy that exceeds the limit of one eGift card per Eligible Customer

3. Eligible Customer Criteria

An individual who:

- makes a Qualifying Purchase during the Promotion Period

- resides in England, Scotland, or Wales

4. Quotation Discretion

There may be circumstances where we are unable to offer a Sheilas’ Wheels Home Essentials insurance quote, but a quote for another product is available. Customers are only entitled to receive the offer with a Qualifying Purchase.

5. Limit on Rewards

This offer is limited to one eGift card per Eligible Customer.

6. Disqualification

We have the right, at our absolute discretion, to disqualify any Customer from receiving the offer if it considers that the Customer has not complied with these terms and conditions or has obtained their policy fraudulently.

2. Reward

1. Reward Description

eGift card worth £40 to be chosen from one of the following providers: Screwfix, Ikea, Sainsbury’s, or National Garden Centre.

2. Reward Conditions

The reward is as described, non‑negotiable, and non‑transferable. It cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative option.

3. Receiving Your Reward

1. Reward Delivery

Giftcloud Limited will send an email within 60 calendar days from the Qualifying Purchase to Eligible Customers, containing instructions on how to redeem the reward. The email will be sent to the address provided at the time of purchasing their insurance.

2. Reward Fulfilment

The chosen reward will be fulfilled by Giftcloud Limited and is subject to its own terms and conditions, including validity periods and restrictions. Not all eGift cards are redeemable online. For more information, visit https://www.giftcloud.com/uk/terms/.

4. Data Protection and Publicity

5. Liability

1. esure shall not be liable for offering a reward to any individual who is not an eligible customer making a qualifying purchase.

2. esure will not be liable for any loss (including indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits) except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

3. esure is not responsible for the acts or defaults of third‑party suppliers but will endeavour to resolve any issues that may arise.

4. esure accepts no responsibility for attempted purchases not successfully completed due to technical failure.

5. esure shall not be liable or responsible for any expenses incurred by an eligible customer in relation to this offer.

6. Jurisdiction

This offer and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

7. Agreement

1. If any clauses are found to be illegal or invalid, they will be removed and the remaining clauses will continue in full force.

2. esure reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion without prior notice.
