No claim discount explained - how high can you go?

Sheilas’ Wheels is proud to offer one of the highest no claim discounts of any insurer. If you have 5 years no claims - you will automatically be offered a 70% no claim discount when you join Sheilas’ Wheels. Stay with us for the next five years without making a claim and you’ll continue to earn a further 1% no claim discount each year, taking you to a whopping 75%!

That’s great news for all our careful drivers - not forgetting that female drivers are statistically less likely to make a claim than men!

Protecting your no claim discount

If you’ve built up 4 years no claim discount, it’s galling to lose it over a scrape in a supermarket car park. With Sheilas’ Wheels, you may be able to pay a small additional premium to protect your no claim discount for the life of your policy regardless of the number of claims you may have, subject to continuing eligibility and your policy remaining in force. This benefit only applies to your no claim discount - it does not protect the premium you pay and we may take account of claims when calculating your premium.

Senior car insurance

Senior drivers may get cheaper car insurance because typically, they have earned several years no claim discount, they often drive fewer miles each year and mature drivers tend to be safer drivers than their younger counterparts.

At Sheilas’ Wheels we offer mature driver car insurance up to 80 years old.
