At the garage there are lots of things that can lead to a bad experience. We found that many women were put off by patronising attitudes which is why we have an approved network of repairers who have to abide by female-friendly guidelines ensuring that Sheilas’ Wheels customers are communicated to in plain English and don’t suffer from being patronised. Nice to be in charge isn’t it!
